Why did the audio file and/or cover art fail to upload?

These are some reasons that your files have failed to upload:

Solution
File type is unsupported
Supported file types are MP3 for audio files; and JPEG, PNG and GIF for cover art. Export your files in the above formats and try uploading again.
File name contains unsupported characters
Change the file name to alphanumeric characters only, then try again.
File is corrupted
Double check that the file is not corrupted.
File size exceeds allowed limit
Maximum file size is 20MB for audio files and cover art. Compress your files and try uploading again.
File uploading interrupted by disconnected network
Refresh Releap Studio and restart the file upload process
Other reasons
Send an email to [email protected] to submit a ticket for support
